Privacy Policy
Forever in Flowers will not disclose buyers' information to third parties, other than for the purpose of product delivery. In this case, companies selected to carry out deliveries will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We may contact you from time to time with details of other products from Forever in Flowers or our sister companies. Delivery Policy
All items are sent as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded unless you specify otherwise. Orders will be dispatched within 14 days. For all urgent deliveries, you need to contact us to confirm we can guarantee the delivery date.

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a bank holiday will be delivered the following working day.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by Forever in Flowers

Product Availability
Most of our products are made to order. However, some popular designs are held in stock. Where an item is in stock, orders will be dispatched the following working day.

If an item is out of stock or we do not have the component items to make the product, we will obtain them as quickly as possible, and when we have made the item, will dispatch it to you.

We reserve the right to substitute similar items/products if we are out of stock of a particular item. Normally we will contact you to confirm, however this is not always possible and slight alterations are sometimes made in order to complete the order on time.

Payment
Through PayPal, we accept all major credit and debit cards and also accept payment by cash or cheque. Please note, if you are paying by cheque, clearance is required before you order is processed. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post.

Your Order
After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail confirming receipt of your order and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this e-mail is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

We reserve the right to not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.

Cancelling your order / Returns
You have the right to cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch. (We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the order is dispatched).

Please read the following sections in full to understand how to cancel your order otherwise your refund or product exchange may be delayed.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Forever in Flowers at your own risk and cost. Therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website.

* The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions, etc and must be in an unused condition.
* A proof of purchase must be supplied.
* You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
* We will NOT refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalised.
* Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been dispatched to you.
* We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15% of the total cost of the items ordered.
* All refunds will be made by cheque payable to the original card holder.

Faulty and Damaged Goods
In the case of faulty or damaged goods, after you have notified us (as described above), you may return the goods to us for a full refund. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of receipt so we strongly recommend that you use secure packaging and an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please let us know via e-mail at sales@foreverinflowers.com

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.
